Pricing Principles
Four rules we don't compromise on
Transparent
The basic fee, location price, and booking prices are shown in the calculator. The same figures will be included in the offer.
Scalable
A single-court club doesn't pay city prices. As volume increases, the price per booking decreases.
No surprises
Implementation is priced upfront. We don't bill separately for every support email.
Seasonality is considered.
Outdoor courts are not in use in January. It's perfectly acceptable and advisable to mention this when requesting an offer.

How pricing is calculated
- Number of locations: one rink costs a different amount than eight sports parks.
- Number of courts and bookable resources. Seasonal outdoor courts are also included.
- Onboarding: how much court, opening hours, and pricing data needs to be imported into the system, and what format is it currently in?
- Features in use, such as feedback surveys, fault reports, and reporting.
- Admin user count and roles: who sees what and who can edit.
- Scope of support: is email sufficient or is a training tour needed for all locations.
What is not included in the price
We'll define the boundaries upfront, so there's no disagreement after implementation.

Frequently asked questions
The base fee covers the system and your first location. Additional locations are priced individually, and each location includes 500 bookings per month. Extra bookings are charged at a per-booking rate with a volume discount.
